The Account Executive will be in charge of selling directly to school districts, charter schools, and other educational facilities. The position will include prospecting, presenting to mid-level and C-level leadership, helping negotiate contracts, helping fulfill contracts, and other sales and marketing responsibilities. Pay is base plus commission with a flexible schedule and great potential.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with school admins in your territory
- Prospect and nurture a pipeline of opportunities
- Demo eLuma's proprietary software and solutions
- Sign on new accounts
- Help follow through on new contracts
- Work with the implementation team to get new accounts up and running
- Rapidly build territory through thoughtful, consultative sales that position our clients for success
- Source, develop, and close leads through conferences, email, and marketing generated leads
- Partner with Marketing to drive marketing qualified leads in your territory
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with decision makers in your territory
- Write, present, and execute a territory plan
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Experience in selling to K-12 school districts or other education entities
- Experience with pipeline management
- Special education experience appreciated
- Understanding of SalesForce and Google Apps preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must live in the midwest
- Ability to travel up to 35% for team meetings, conferences, events, etc.
- Attending conferences and or meetings is an essential part of this role, which may require proof of full COVID-19 vaccination per CDC guidelines
