2nd Shift Maintenance Technician Details

  • Direct Hire position
  • $ 28.00 to $ 35.00 / hour
  • Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm )

Job Details

  • Troubleshoots, maintains, fabricates, supports and assists with repairs to production floor equipment
  • Performs preventative maintenance on all minor and major pieces of equipment related to production/facilities
  • Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance on the facility structure and surrounding grounds
  • Complies with all equipment, safety, and OSHA rules and regulations as well as current Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Assist with all process improvements projects and meeting all defined production/quality standards, Company KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to include, but are not limited to safety, quality, cost and service
  • Assists in training and coaching other mechanics
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and consumable parts for equipment
  • Identify existing and potential operational problems and efficiencies

2nd Shift Maintenance Technician Qualifications

  • Must have technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read and understand technical instructions
  • Must communicate effectively
  • Must have a working knowledge of computer software
  • Forklift certification preferred
