What will I be doing?
A Guest Service Manager is responsible for driving financial success by providing our team members a great welcoming place to work and grow, while providing our guests an exceptional hospitality experience. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Manage all Front Office operations (including hiring, scheduling, training, counseling and discipline)
- Act as Manager-on-Duty for the hotel ensuring interdepartmental operations and resolution of guest complaints.
- Oversee general operations of all Property Operations departments by inspecting the hotel to ensure furniture, fixtures and equipment are in proper working condition, departmental supplies are stocked at the proper level, and preventative maintenance programs are in place.
