Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team at a hotel in providing exceptional guest experiences during the morning hours.
Duties:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area
- Greet guests warmly and assist with any inquiries or special requests
- Maintain food and beverage items, ensuring freshness and presentation
- Monitor and replenish breakfast buffet as needed
- Handle food with care, following all safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist in meal preparation, including coffee brewing
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in food handling, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is desirable
- Experience in guest services or hospitality industry is advantageous
