Team Embrey is seeking a PORTER to support our Property Management team.
As a PORTER, you will sustain the cleanliness and quality of the property by cleaning assigned areas and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.
- Ensure the grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
- Clean and remove all trash, obstacles, and debris from the community.
- Maintain pool and equipment on a regular schedule.
Qualifications
- One year experience as a Porter in property management or a similar position
- Knowledge of basic property cleaning and maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
Required Testing
- Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
Position type: hourly, full-time with competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k); Position location: West Texas Region (Midland); Reporting: direct to Maintenance Supervisor.
