Fire Fab Shift Supervisor

Responsible for all employees
- You as the Fabrication Shop Manager are responsible for all Floor Supervisors and all Fabricators.
- Safety is the priority
- Involved in quality checks
- Knowledgeable of daily production
- Understand NFPA 13, 7.5.2.4.8
- Providing a clean and productive work environment
- Be sure entire facility is operating in an efficient and safe manner to limit cost of facility maintenance.
- Control cost
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of supervisory experience in fabrication.
- Production or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills required.
- Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft office.
- Ability to motivate various individuals to complete the required tasks.
- Experience training employees who have different learning methods.
- Smartsheet experience.
- Experience in quality control.
- Good human resource skills.
- Highest level of integrity.
- A commitment to the overall success of the Shambaugh Fire Protection group.
