Salary Range: $19-$26 per hour, depending on experience

Purpose Statement:
Is one of the key contacts for MAC Account. To determine the scope of work, coordinating and scheduling the appropriate resources. Work with clients and alliance partners, to determine project needs from internal & external vendors, while maintaining excellent communication with all parties.

Project Coordination
· One of the contacts on account for client. Takes ownership of specific building within account.
· Can routinely supervise less complex projects and on occasion complex projects.
· Directs crew members.
· Deals directly with Clients.
· Handles multiple vendors/locations.
· Analyzes projects and prepares before start.
· Refers questions to Acct. Manager or the appropriate personnel.
· Provides performance feedback to crew members, coaching them in performance improvement as required.
· Demonstrates good organization skills.
· Is available to share evening and weekend project supervision responsibilities.
· Estimates manpower needs accurately. Is flexible in manpower requirements and is creative in determining optional solutions.
Paperwork
· Has thorough knowledge of installation paperwork including Service Forms, Installation Checklists, Bills of Lading, etc.
· Responsible for participating in review process and giving feedback to Acct Manager.
Customer Relations
· Establishes and maintains good customer and employee relations. Follows A&M’s Coaching Program. Treats people respectfully.
· Is an effective spokesperson for company’s policies and services, representing A&M well to employees, clients, and the general public.
Requirements
Skills and Abilities:
· This position assumes the candidate meets the requirements of a Lead position.
· Must be a self- starter and able to work independently
· Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks under pressure situations.
· Demonstrated effective management, including coaching skills.
· Good analytical, problem solving skills.
· Ability to work with members at all levels and in a team environment.
· Must be able to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
· Strong knowledge of Commercial Furniture
· Ability to read and interpret drawings.
Qualifications – Education and Experience:
· HS Degree
· 3-5 Years Commercial Furniture experience and/or experience with Move, Add, Change accounts.
· Basic Computer skill (e-mail and data entry)
