Essential Functions:
- Ensure timely completion of furniture installation, meeting customer expectations.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout the project.
- Resolve conflicts and develop solutions to ensure project success.
- Enforce proper installation and handling techniques.
- Direct installation team to complete projects effectively.
- Conduct quality inspections and address corrective actions.
- Document scope changes and project status daily.
- Support company initiatives and provide training on new products and procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Train and develop installation professionals through on-site supervision.
- Assign tasks and provide coaching to maintain support functions.
- Communicate daily work plans and provide performance feedback.
- Maintain a cohesive work environment and document employee behavior.
- Assist in estimating labor requirements and controlling expenses.
Employee/Customer Relations:
- Provide effective communication and service, projecting a positive image of the company.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Accept and respond positively to feedback from superiors.

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Flexibility to accommodate scheduling changes and travel requirements.
- Ability to travel up to 8 overnights per month.
Qualifications – Education & Experience:
- High School diploma preferred.
- 2-3 years of work experience in a customer-facing field preferred.
