What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baking Assistant position at Emerald City Bagels?
- Prior Baking Experience a Plus
- Accurately measure, weigh and mix ingredients
- Operate commercial bakery equipment including: mixers, bagel roller, ovens, kettle, and other miscellaneous kitchen tools
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Follow all kitchen safety processes
- Assist Lead Baker with rolling, boiling and baking bagels
- Wash dishes, and remove trash
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour

- Weekend availability
COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are required to wear masks. Covid-19 vaccinations are not required, however, weekly testing is mandatory for unvaccinated staff.
