Responsibilities:

- Supervise office staff, including training development and performance evaluations
- Meet the needs of our optometrists
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Ensure proper billing
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Ensure proper communication within the office and with external parties
