Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online and offline marketing efforts.
The Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department's initiatives with the primary goal of increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting the overall growth strategy of the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Management :
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, web, print).
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance metrics.
- Market Research :
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to improve marketing strategies.
- Social Media Management :
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media performance.
- Assist in the development of social media strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Email Marketing :
- Assist in the creation and management of email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting lists, and analyzing results.
