To learn more click: MyEmerson Personalized Digital Experience AS THE MYEMERSON MARKETING MANAGER, YOU WILL: - Lead the messaging strategy development and brand alignment for MyEmerson and the six key MyEmerson components, creating alignment across the organization - Drive marketing campaigns and thought leadership in alignment with business units and world area marketing teams to generate measurable marketing outcomes around user adoption, usage, and market awareness - Establish campaign goals and launch plans for new features by working with key stakeholders, including outside agencies as needed - Guide the development of customer facing marketing content to grow customer engagement and provide the sales channel with relevant tools - Analyze marketing performance, measure & communicate results and drive continuous improvement activities - Analyze digital journeys of targeted customer base, define conversion opportunities into MyEmerson and on Emerson.com, and work with development teams to execute UX changes to change user behavior WHO YOU ARE: - You can articulate visions of possibilities that will create sustainable value. - You establish clear goals with anticipated outcomes and results. - You are able to break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions. - You are able to understand individual stakeholder requirements, expectations and needs.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: - Bachelor’s degree - A minimum of 6 years of marketing experience - Includes up to 10% travel requirement. - Legal authorization to work in the United States PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: - Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing - Experience with message strategy frameworks and marketing campaign design. - Working knowledge of websites, CRM and related technologies. - Working knowledge of agile development frameworks.
