The Human Resources Manager is a trusted member of the Flow Controls Lifecycle Services leadership team, responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Human Resources for the approximately 220 employee business spanning five sites and three countries. This role, in partnership with the Director of North America Service, provides direction for and implements strategies that support business objectives. This role will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources team and promote a culture of engagement and high-performance. IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Collaborate with Lifecycle Services Leadership to support HR processes and business results; participate in Leadership Team meetings.
- Oversee HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training.
- Lead the annual Organizational Review Process, managing talent needs and development plans.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and promote positive relationships across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico.
- Handle complex employee relations issues, including performance plans, discipline, and accommodation needs, ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
- Champion OneEmerson HR initiatives, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards.
- Promote Safety and support the Service Level Doctrine in daily operations.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR Management or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience
- Solid knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:
- Prior HR leadership experience preferred
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Familiarity with Korn Ferry competency framework
