Have fun, working on a great team, with a mission to love! We are looking for friendly, outgoing, full-time customer service representatives for our in-house Customer Experience (call) Center. Enthusiastic and dedicated individuals with good communication skills, a genuine love of children, and a desire to provide excellent customer service are a great fit for this role. At Emler, our #1 priority is providing excellent, caring service for our customers and employees.
Responsibilities Include:
- Have FUN, and provide friendly support for incoming calls
- Answer phones and provide information about our swim lessons
- Solve problems by proactively finding solutions
- Computer data entry and report generation in registration software
- Close sales and collect payments
Full training provided, prior customer-service work experience required.
Successful applicants are required to attend training.
