The People Experience (PX) organization aims to provide eMoney with structure and the ability to meet business needs through managing our most valuable resources – our employees.
Within PX is Talent Strategy, which plays a key role in developing our workforce through recruitment efforts. The team focuses on the experience of attracting top performing professionals from a branding perspective all the way through transitioning to an eMoney employee.
The Talent Strategist is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for several roles within the company including Product, Client Services, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Financial Planning and Sales. The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable with pre-screening, building and executing recruiting strategy for both hiring and diversity, and recruiting at multiple levels, from college recruiting to leadership, locally and nation-wide. The Talent Strategist will be responsible for partnering directly with management to facilitate the recruiting process, providing an excellent experience both to management and to potential candidates.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide a best in class candidate experience
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for all non-technical roles from role opening through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers and People Experience
- Partner with other recruiting team members to build and execute on annual recruiting strategy to meet forecasted needs with a focus on diversity
- Work with People Experience and support from Marketing to effectively promote employee brand in the external marketplace
- Effectively source roles through job postings, active and passive sourcing, referrals, career events, and networking
- Partner with hiring managers to identify the highest quality candidates with the best company fit; help managers make the best hiring decisions
- Provide excellent communication to managers and candidates
- Promote and exemplify the core values of Collaboration, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Fun, and Diversity, Equality & Inclusion
- Keep a pulse on the marketplace to act quickly in response to shifts in opportunities
Skills
- Relentless drive to connect with the best talent and build a strong internal and external network.
- 3 or more years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience required, preferably in a SaaS company
- Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Knowledge of niche and non-traditional job boards
- Comfortable acting as the face of the company to potential candidates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile workplace with a shifting recruiting landscape
- In-depth knowledge of Product, Sales, and Marketing roles

This is a 100% remote eligible role.
The salary range for this position is $61,000 - $78,000; commensurate salary to be determined based on skills, professional background and expertise. This position is also eligible, pursuant to applicable eMoney policies, for the annual bonus program, retirement contributions, health insurance, sick leave, parental leave and paid time off.
