What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electro-Mechanical Technician position at Emonics LLC?
- The Technician must have experience in a manufacturing or R&D setting and has a demonstrated ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
- 8 years of related experience is required
- The Principal R&D Electromechanical Technician will work with other members of the Research and Development team to conceive, develop, prototype, test and debug novel robotic systems in accordance with established policies, goals, and objectives
- Fabricate subassemblies and perform integration of sub-assemblies with electrical and mechanical components for breadboard, prototype, and production units.
- Determines sequence of operations to fabricate, assemble, and troubleshoot electro-mechanical manufacturing and development systems, sub-systems, units, control devices and associated test equipment as specified by Manufacturing Engineers and Responsible Engineering Authorities.
