Job description :
Primary Responsibilities
- Thorough understanding of production planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Track, optimize, run and report work done in manufacturing operations
- High accountability to follow through on action items and drive results.
- Experience with manufacturing shop floor and material movement is required.
- Knowledge and use of SAP and the ability to complete SAP related tasks, compare IMS vs Production schedule to ensure schedule integrity and accuracy is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with Collins personnel are required.
- Ability to collaborate with a team.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills are preferred with solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Execute the following tasks to include:
- Schedule updates using SAP and IMS schedule to compare, understand differences and update and maintain schedule.
- Ensure hardware is ready for support, includes moving hardware throughout the lab cells for 100% on time support.
- Maintain integrity of Build Books to ensure sign offs are complete after each operation.
- Adhere to import, export, and procurement regulations.
- Travel to the customer site daily.
Basic Qualifications
- Associate degree in a related fields such as business, manufacturing, inventory control and/or 2 year(s) of relevant experience
- Strong electronics background in the aerospace industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of configuration management, SAP, Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, are strongly preferred.
- Exposure to various manufacturing processes
- An ability to build positive intercompany relationships
- Outstanding communication and reporting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
