We are currently seeking an A/V Support Lead to join our exciting IT team. This position requires a creative and analytical mindset with working or research experience in audio/video and Zoom technology. A successful candidate should have exceptional troubleshooting skills, detailed oriented and ability to communicate clearly to c-staff level. Candidates with additional skill sets are encouraged to apply. This position will be expected to possess the ability to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.
Act as the primary point of contact for managing, coordinating, planning and executing all internal onsite/offsite event requests
Outstanding knowledge of Zoom Rooms and audio/video hardware packages
Train and mentor HelpDesk and Audio/Video Technicians
Develop concise user instruction materials as well as detailed step by step technical documentations for IT personnel
Offer monthly training sessions to the user community on Zoom Room uses
Create and maintain training materials in non-technical language
Develop Zoom dashboards with pertinent information for management and helpdesk technicians
Work with vendors in resolving intricate audio/video issues in a reasonable timeframe
Actively audit Zoom license accounts and provide metrics to management regarding opportunity for savings
Proactively monitor all Zoom Rooms to discover potential issues before they arise
Set up, operate and tear down of audio/video equipment in live events
Develop and implement monthly firmware and software update cadence on all audio/video equipment
Maintain inventories of audio/video equipment
Liaison with our external events team to ensure a cohesive standard and expectation is met
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Exceptional customer service and audio/video troubleshooting skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with IT support and audio/visual installation methods, best practices and safety protocols
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership skills

Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour
