JOB DESCRIPTION:
In conjunction with departmental customers, leads and conducts business analysis of information systems and identifies business objectives, requirements and information management needs. Works closely with clients to foster the development and successful implementation of innovative, high quality business solutions and ensure a high level of satisfaction with services provided. Strong leadership skills. Able to manage multiple complex BA assessments and engagements at once. Able to assimilate and manage a set of related projects. Acts as the customer liaison as well as the BA or IS Sponsor. Ensures a high level of client satisfaction by monitoring the delivery of ongoing information systems to the enterprise.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Ten years of experience in planning and applying information technology to one or more business functions.
