YOUR IMPACT
As a Lead HVAC Dispatcher, you play a critical role in our day-to-day success. Highly organized and detail-oriented, you efficiently schedule jobs and dispatch field technicians to the right locations, ensuring timely service. You're always warm and upbeat as you speak with clients over the phone, answer their questions, and provide job updates. When you're not dispatching technicians or assisting customers, you're helping out around the office with various administrative tasks. Your work makes a significant difference to our team and our customers!
Here's what we need from you:
- 1 years of dispatching experience
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer proficiency, data entry skills, and ability to use Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and phone skills
Familiarity with the home services or HVAC industry would be preferred. Experience with ACOWIN or similar dispatch systems would be a plus. We'll train the right person to succeed!
