Employ Partners, Inc. is hiring an Office Manager for our client in Kennesaw, GA. They are a locally owned and operated company that helps source, sell, and distribute medical equipment. In your role as an Office Manager, you will be overseeing accounting (accounts payable and receivable), managing supplies, and onboarding new hires.
Office Manager description:
- Manage accounts payables and receivables
- Process payroll
- Manage banking and reconciliations, taxes, and sales reports
- Order supplies
- Process new employee documentation including drug testing and DOT medical tests
- Responsible for communicating with employees
- Manage Worker s Comp, General Liability, Property, and Inland Marine insurance policies
- Manage vehicle insurance policies including adding drivers, researching competitive pricing
- Must have experience with QuickBooks and Excel
