We are looking for a part-time Payroll Specialist to join our team!

Summary:
Our part-time Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing our company's weekly payroll.
Up to $25 per hour based on experience. 20-25 plus hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll for all employees

  • Input, review, and audit timekeeping and payroll records

  • Maintain personnel database

  • Enter new hires into payroll system

  • Post changes in pay, tax status, and other miscellaneous categories

  • Report weekly activities to management


Skill Requirements:
  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • Superb data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Effective time management, follow-through, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and listening
  • Ability to handle confidential information

Education and Experience:
  • 4 plus years payroll experience
  • Experience with Quick books preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Microsoft Office, Outlook, and experience in Applicant Tracking Systems.

Physical Requirements:
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Periods of sitting, phone, and computer work
