Job Duties as a Senior Human Resources Generalist include:
- recruiting and staffing logistics
- organizational planning
- performance management and improvement systems
- organization development
- employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
- employee orientation, development, and training
- employee relations
- company-wide training
- company employee communication.
- compensation and benefits administration
- employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
- employee services and counseling.
The Human Resources Generalist coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the Human Resources Director, and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
Skills and Qualifications as Human Resources Generalist include:
- Proven experience in ADP System required
- Flexible schedule
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
