Job Summary- We are seeking a skilled Recruiter for The Aerospace Defense Sector. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals to meet our organization's staffing needs.
Detail the key skills / experience needed for the role-
- Understanding of recruiting methods/sources/regulations related to the hiring process. Ability to use computers, possess strong interviewing skills, efficient and clear communication in both verbal and written form. Recruiting experience required.
Day to day duties-
- Screening and interviewing candidates, outreach, collaboration with hiring managers, posting ads, sourcing candidates to meet needs of designated teams. Meeting metrics-driven timeline for candidate engagement.
