Hybrid Work Schedule
Location Milwaukee, WI
Currently we have an opening for a Human Resources Generalist who will provide stellar service to clients by being responsive, timely, and accurate regarding foundational HR tasks.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Be familiar with the clients various policies and practices in order to provide guidance and answer employee questions accurately
- Support HR Business Partners on strategic client initiatives and tasks
- Oversee select model clients and provide support in foundational HR tasks
- Act as the liaison between employees and internal business partners to answer employee questions to ensure a positive employee experience
- In coordination with the Leave of Absence team, facilitate leave of absence claims management
- Create new policies and make edits to client handbooks
- Coordinate benefits open enrollment process including preparation of materials, assist in conducting company meetings, answering employee questions, and collection of all elections and successful communication of elections internally
- Follow up with HR team, clients, and employees on any open items in order to solve issues and provide excellent service
- Manage file audits at client sites
- Understand the EmPower HR business model and how that connects to the clients’ businesses
- Display a positive attitude and passion for serving our clients
