Job Posting for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)- Emotional Diagnosed Youth at Empower Youth Homes LLC
Hours: Monday-Friday (1pm-9pm)
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential job duty. The behavior technician will assume the lead position on assigned shifts. While on shift, staff will receive assignments from you. Therefore, the appropriate candidate must be comfortable professionally giving directives and in-the-moment feedback.
Assists parents and caregivers with training aligned with each client's individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols
Effectively communicates to administration regarding as client emergencies and updates
Trains on new strategies and behavior interventions (safety plans, crisis plans, etc.)
Assists the treatment director in preparing client materials, implements behavior reduction, and ensures using coping and de-escalation strategies as directed by the client's service plans.
Utilizes safe and appropriate procedures when working with clients and appropriately reports all incidents and safety concerns
Works with clients long-term to help them reach goals; tracks client progress.
Record outcomes and services provided to clients; perform timely and accurate data entry and maintain appropriate systems.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of client files and records
Oversee all behavior data reports, van logs, groups, and youths attending going to therapy on schedule.
Ensure all staff members are on task and promptly and professionally complete duties and documentation.
Ensures documentation is completed on time and follows established Company procedures
Answers questions from applicants, clients, and employees relative to services and resources
Performs all duties in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Conducts self and ethically performs work by Company standards of conduct and other applicable policies

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
