Investor seeking handyman.
Example of work:
Replace sink valves with shark bite valves
Empty water heater, place pan under, refill
Repair laundry valves (copper)
2 bathrooms (vanity, sink with ptrap, toilet, shower trim, towel rack)
Kitchen (sink with ptrap, garbage disposal, appliances)
Replace outlets and switches to decorator style
Full scope of work will be provided for every project.
Must:
Be near PSL/Vero beach (within 30 minutes)
Have transport
Start 8 or 9am everyday
Have all tools
Have 3 references
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
