Home Health Care Aide Transport
Location: 67 Springvale Rd, Croton-On-Hudson, NY 10520
Shift: M -F with every other weekend, Day Shift, Evening Shift, Night Shift
Shift Time: 7am-3pm 3pm-11pm 11pm-7am
Home Health Aide HHA Pay: 20 Hourly
Note: All candidate must be fully vaccinated and have taken the flu shot or be willing to take it when getting the offer.

HHA/PCT/ Transport Aide positions are available at Springvale Nursing and Rehabilitation, Position will entail assisting residents to and from Medical appointments and dialysis centers.

Requirements:
- Some experience in Nursing Home or LTC facility preferred
- Valid photo ID
- NYS certified HHA/ PCT
- Physical & 1 PPD/X-Ray (Physical, 1 PPDs - dated less than 1yr old)
- MMRs (Lab Work, Titers)

Pay: $20.00 per hour
