The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add an experienced, skilled Business Analyst to our team. As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to provide analysis of business and user needs, provide leadership to team members and the organization as a whole, and implement business solutions.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading or participating in multiple projects, including by completing or updating project documentation, managing project scope, and ensuring efficient delivery of project tasks and milestones.
- Providing and supporting the implementation of business solutions, including by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and by identifying business needs and improvement opportunities.
- Reviewing current business processes, operation metrics, and feedback on issues to support high impact improvement opportunities.
- Training and mentoring team members on the use of continuous improvement methodologies
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- One to three years’ experience in a relevant role.
- Prior experience with stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice-to-haves:
- Prior ERP experience or knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains and Statz) and associated reporting tools, i.e. Management Reporter and SmartView.
- Prior experience in project management.
