Job Description:
As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our face to face marketing department. This position requires a creative and results-driven individual, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a go-to attitude who can lead the development and execution of comprehensive event marketing strategies, ensuring that each set up aligns seamlessly with our brand identity and business goals. As a company, we want to grow our lead generating efforts by participating in events, fairs, festivals, home shows, and retail locations to connect with homeowners.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
2. Event Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of events, ensuring seamless logistics, engaging activations, and optimal attendee experiences.
3. Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, mentor, and build a high-performing event sales & marketing team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
4. Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors to maximize promotional opportunities and event success.
5. Analytics and Optimization: Analyze event performance metrics and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement of future events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading a sales team, with a successful track record of strategic planning and execution.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Further Requirements:
- Availability to work every weekend and non traditional hours, such as evenings, to oversee department.
- Willingness to travel to various event locations.
Salary Expectations:
- This role is compensated on a Base Pay Lucrative Bonus Structure basis. On target earnings is $120,000 first year.
