• Manage tax submissions in diverse legal environments, including the USA and South Africa.
• Produce quarterly management accounts, monthly cash flow reports, sales reports, and project budget analyses.
• Develop and maintain annual budgets for all cost centres, ensuring financial transparency and accountability.
• Implement a comprehensive financial calendar to track critical deadlines, reporting dates, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee Group bank accounts, foreign currency transactions, and Foreign Exchange rate monitoring.
• Formulate short-term, medium-term, and long-term financial strategies to drive sustainable growth and achieve organizational objectives.
Requirements
• Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of three years' industry experience.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools such as Sage Evolution, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Basic knowledge of database management, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and lead internal focus groups for organizational projects.
