We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic and provide top-notch service to our clients and their pets.
Enchanted Oaks Animal Hospital is privately owned and operated. We are devoted to caring for pets and people. A successful candidate can :
- Warmly greet and assist clients in-person, over the phone, and via email.
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and patient records efficiently.
- Process payments, invoices, and other daily client transactions.
- Coordinate with veterinarians, technicians, and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide compassionate support to clients in emotionally sensitive situations.
- Train, mentor and supervise staff when called upon.
- Perform administrative tasks such as : office inventory, internal marketing projects, appointment schedule templates. What We’re Looking For :
- Experience : 2 years in a veterinary receptionist or customer-facing role.
- Skills : Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Tech-savvy : Proficiency with veterinary software.
- Traits : Mature, professional, forward thinking, self-starter, joyful, team-spirited.
