Sales Rep

Encore RV is looking for a seasoned Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative at Encore RV, you'll inherit existing accounts with ongoing orders, allowing you to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. If you're a sales professional with a minimum of 3 years' experience in RV sales at the manufacturer level, we want to hear from you!

Key Qualifications:

·        Industry Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in selling RVs at the manufacturer level, with a comprehensive understanding of our products and their features.

·        Relationship Building: Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and industry stakeholders.

·        Dealer Network: Possess established dealer relationships and the capability to prospect and onboard new dealers effectively.

·        Product Knowledge: Ability to showcase our RVs and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.

·        Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and support our dealer network.

·        Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

·        High Energy: We’re looking for a high energy person that believes in delivering the absolute best customer service experience.

·        Ethical Conduct: A commitment to honesty, integrity, and ethical business practices is essential for building trust with customers and maintaining a positive reputation in the industry.
