Encore Senior Living has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Billing/AR Analyst. We are seeking a hands-on self starter to lead our corporate billing team in our downtown Chicago office. Primary responsibilities include: managing revenue cycle function for Encore entities, incl. billing, collections, and analysis. Act as the team lead to support the Billing AR Analysts. Successful candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a -four-year college or technical school; or 5- years related experience and/or training; experience with public funded Billing. Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, including Excel and Power Point and familiarity with YARDI systems a plus. Salary commensurate with experience, Health benefits and 401K offering, as well as disability coverage.
