Encore is a leading retailer specializing in premium smoke and vape products. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi-Site Manager to oversee and drive the success of our multiple store locations.
Job Summary:
The Multi-Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, management, and performance of our smoke and vape shop locations. This role involves ensuring each store meets sales targets, provides excellent customer service, adheres to company policies, and maintains a high standard of store presentation and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple store locations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess and improve store performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure adherence to policies.
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales objectives.
- Schedule staff effectively to meet business needs and manage labor costs.
Sales and Customer Service:
- Drive sales growth through effective store management, staff training, and customer engagement strategies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all locations.
Inventory and Merchandising:
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock replenishment to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Oversee visual merchandising and store layout to ensure an appealing and effective presentation of products.
Financial Management:
- Monitor and manage store budgets, including payroll, expenses, and sales targets.
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and improve profitability.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all locations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including those related to the sale of smoke and vape products.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and execute local marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic to the stores.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align store promotions with company-wide campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a multi-site manager or similar role in retail management, preferably in the smoke/vape industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues effectively.
- Ability to analyze financial data and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Knowledge of smoke and vape products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel between store locations as needed.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Degree in related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-site management role.
