What are the responsibilities and job description for the Capital Markets Portfolio Manager position at Endeavor Agency?
Our client is a growing vertically integrated owner operator of retail assets, primarily in California. They are looking for a Capital Markets Strategist, a very versatile role in credit risk, portfolio management, banking relationship management, and investor relations in relation to debt on their existing and future assets. This role reports directly to the CFO.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor loan portfolio on existing assets and obtain financing for new assets.
- Monitor loan covenants, credit limits, interest rates on existing portfolio.
- Analyze financial data, generate reports, and offer insights on investments.
- Negotiate financial terms on commercial real estate loans.
- Maintain strong relationships with current lenders/banking partners and establishing new relationships with banks, insurance companies, CMBS, and other lenders.
- Facilitate capital injections for investors.
- Development financial packages for new investors and draft reporting on portfolio performance.
- Contributing to budgeting and forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (MBA, CFA, CPA) preferred.
- Eight or more years of experience in credit analysis, portfolio management, or related field.
- Skilled in financial modeling in Excel and familiarity with debt markets.
- Bilingual Mandarin Chinese speaking/writing a plus.
- Argus a plus.
- 5 days a week in office in Chino.
