WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Sales Coordinators (internally known as Recruiting Coordinators) are the first point of contact for our student-athletes and their families, helping identify dedicated athletes for college coaches. This entry-level sales position will be responsible for high-volume outbound calls to provide education around service offerings. The person in this role will demonstrate a commitment to world class service in a competitive and collaborative environment.
- Utilize and strengthen communication skills through making up to 75-100 lead-generated dials daily
Gain expertise about the recruitment process for 30 sports
Leverage technology such as CRM and other applicable software
- Participate in sales team meetings as necessary
- Learn and develop various sales techniques and customer service skills
- Meet and/or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
YOU HAVE THESE:
Six months of professional experience
Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Flexibility to work some nights/weekends
- Sports knowledge
WE’D LOVE IF YOU ALSO HAVE THESE:
Minimum of six months of sales experience
Prior experience in sports, either as an athlete or coach at high school or higher level
- Bilingual
