Summary of Responsibilities:
This position reports directly to the Assistant General Manager and is responsible for managing the people and equipment associated with the specified commodities; keep operations running in a safe, quality conscience and cost-effective manner, while focusing on systemic root cause and process improvements. This position requires a positive, “can-do” attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, decisiveness, and demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and mentor employees in Engineering (Process, Tooling, Manufacturing, Program Launch, Controls, etc.)
- Prioritize department objectives and tasks related to field and production needs
- Support new product launch, tooling, equipment moves, and business transfers
- Support new programs from the APQP phase through launch and production
- Provide strategic analysis and tracking of scrap and machine downtime
- Establish and maintain spare parts
- Responsible for all pre-launch documentation and PFEMA
- Provide daily support to technical and operations departments
- Perform other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
