Role Responsibilities

- Serve as advisor and partner to assigned HR, talent acquisition, and business leaders on compensation matters.
- Manage and influence the development and execution of compensation initiatives including incentive plan design, salary structures, and market analysis.
- Provide guidance on job evaluations and salary recommendations ensuring market and internal equity alignment with organizational standards.
- Facilitate job description development in collaboration with talent acquisition and management.
Qualification Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates higher level decision making based on judgement, education and experience.
- Ability to think systematically and practice mutual influence.
