Requirements:

• Possess a valid state-issued driver's license.
• 1-year minimum experience operating an excavator and front-end loader
• Knowledge of proper operation of heavy equipment as well as safety standards

• Pass Drug Screen
• Ability to comfortably work in all-weather types.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Can perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Safely utilize front-end- loader and excavator to push and pack MSW into 53ft trailers.
• Pre-trips all machinery and completed paperwork for the inspection.
• Produces accurate lift and spotting records.
• Assists mechanics and inspectors as required.
• Provides daily preventative maintenance checks of equipment as required.
• Verifies equipment assignments.
• Communicates with others appropriately to ensure efficient equipment usage.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Duties
Include but not limited to:

• Safely demonstrate driving skills by maneuvering truck and trailer into position to be loaded on private property.
• Arranges trucks and trailers in the yard in an orderly and efficient manner.
• Drives trucks or tractors at vehicle parking or docking area to move, position, or park trucks or trailers.
• Connects loaded semitrailers to tractors for Tractor-Trailer-Truck Driver
• Un-tarping and tarping of full & empty trailers
• Perform general laborer duties, including site clean-up, yard work and building maintenance, as necessary.

Pay is based on experience, certifications, and skills test.
Monday - Friday with some Saturdays and overtime
