We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant ideally, with 2-3 years Construction Recruitment experience.

Main Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from start to completion.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and select high-quality candidates.
Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with universities/organisations, to source and engage potential candidates.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Construction Recruitment Consultant
Strong knowledge of construction recruitment channels and sourcing techniques
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Driving license
Please note: This role is office based Monday- Friday.
Package;
Up to 35K basic
Car Allowance
4k Threshold
4K -15K = 20%
15K = 22.5%
