What's is needed?
- Strong HVAC skills/ knowledge
- move from the field to an office environment
- good communication skills
- Computer skills
- willingness to travel to job sites for commissioning of units
- Provide technical support to sales representatives
- Provide technical support installing contractors and maintenance
- feedback to Service Manager regarding system quality, warranty costs, potential improvements
- 3 or more years experience with HVAC systems
- Associates degree helpful
- Be able to gain responsibilities
