Our goal is to Help home owners qualify, set up, and gain an understanding of solar so they can benefit from having ownership in their power, as well as, increase equity in their homes. We are hiring for local reps to work near Kissimmee and Orlando full time at our local office, as well as, traveling reps to join our blitzes! We have a team that travels to Florida for the last 12 days of every month. You can chose to work for the last 12 days of every month, we cover travel and rent upfront, then work in your local city as well!

You will be working with homeowners to schedule qualified appointments for our Closing team to deliver a solar proposal. Your responsibility is not to make any hard sales, but only to go door-to-door and find customers interested in receiving a free Solar proposal. If you are a motivated person who wants to work for a great company, make a good living, and expand your talents, this is the job for you!
There is no experience required! We will train the right person to succeed. We have had reps make over 8k their first blitz! As you go on more you can expect that to hit over 10k within 3 blitzes! Average reps make 2k their first trip, but are you average? When working local, you will be able to create a schedule that works for you, while still pulling in 2 to 3k a week. As you get better and more knowledgeable about the process, that number will grow substantially over time! You're only limited by your own drive and work ethic!
Responsibilities:
- Find qualifying Neighborhoods to knock door-to-door
- Find Qualified homeowners
- Book appointments for our closers to come and show them why solar makes sense
- Spread the love of solar!
Qualifications:
- Be able to work on your feet for 6 hours a day
- Be able to travel for the last 12 days of every month
- Understand, read, and write English.
- Be Humble, Teachable, and Hard Working
- Be hungry for growth and opportunities!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per week
