District Manager- Pecos, TX

We are currently recruiting for a result driven and customer service oriented individual to act as our District Manager for our Pecos, TX area. If you are a positive leader with a passion to manage and grow a business both operationally and in sales, this job is for you. This position will entail a combination of work conducted both remotely, in the field and at our Pecos, TX office location.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with report and make recommendations to senior management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Ensure that the district delivers value and excellence to the clients
• Maintain profit margins and implement business plan
• Ensure that all projects are executed profitably and in compliance to standardized business practices
• Perform strategic customer service delivery while maximizing profitability
• Organize, train and schedule employees
• Manage and maintain the condition of all rental assets
• Lead the branch and plan day to day operations
• Execute the companies health, safety and environment policies and practices

SKILLS:

• Proven district management working experience
• Entrepreneurial mindset and clear thinking
• Business development and strategy implementation knowledge
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to sell, manage and drive growth
• Excellent customer relationship management skills

• Management experience in equipment rental or related industry
• Experience in the oil & gas industry

• BS/MA in Business Administration
