Working onsite at the Corporate Headquarters in Reading, PA - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Working remotely Monday & Friday.

Job Purpose

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sales order management.
• Enter sales orders as quotes, provide order status, scheduled ship date, actual ship date, pro number, proof of delivery, etc.
• After shipment communication with the customer.
• Process Warranty orders.
• Assist in the resolution of order-related issues.
• Coordinate service and installation for products,
• Handle freight damage, process product returns, credits, and parts shortages, complete quality alerts, and work with Customer Service Specialists to bring to resolution.
• Follow ISO procedures, document control, and provide general administrative support.
• Track, monitor, and escalate corrective actions within agreed timeframes; escalate and resolve anomalies and concerns without delay, especially where KPI’s may be affected.
• Oversee improvements to operational functions to increase the effectiveness, efficiency, coordination, and communication between these functions and support departments.
• Detail Oriented
• No supervisory responsibilities for this role.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years’ experience in customer service
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field

• This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands.
• Must be able to frequently bend; twist; reach; stoop; kneel or crouch.
