JOB TITLE: Clinical Program Manager
DESCRIPTION: The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for aiding the Clinical Director in the management and quality assurance of all clinical services provided by Engage Treatment, including the training and supervision of clinical staff. The Clinical Manager works closely with the Clinical Director relating to the program and clinical services provided.
REPORTS TO: Clinical Director
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and manage oversight and quality assurance of one of Engage Treatment Program's IOP programs (Child, Teen, Young Adult) alongside Clinical Director and Chief Psychologist
- Attend weekly treatment team meetings
- Provide weekly family therapy for 3-5 families in IOP program
- Co-facilitate one IOP group session per week
- Provide outpatient services to private pay individual clients on fee split basis when not scheduled for programatic duties, at employees discretion and pace
- Provide additional coverage when needed for IOP group sessions and Intake Assessments
- Weekly Collaboration calls with outside providers of IOP clients and/or parents of clients
- If qualified, responsible for the provision of clinical supervision for unlicensed and licensed clinical staff of assigned program in compliance with the standards of state of California and JCAHO
- Help the Clinical Director coordinate clinical trainings for all clinical and program staff on Mental Health and other clinical topics relevant to client services provided by Engage Treatment
- Help to train new Primary/Group therapists
- Create and review master treatment plan, case notes, and written correspondence in order to verify that such documents meet Engage Treatment standards
- Facilitate treatment team meeting when the Clinical Director is unavailable
- Provides on-site support to group therapists
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience providing clinical supervision preferred
- Experience in working with children or adolescents in a residential and/or intensive outpatient milieu
- Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a positive collaborative relationship among staff
- Management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, behavioral science or equivalent field of study;
- LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
- Valid California Driver’s License
PAY
- Hourly base rate $34-38/hour with 100% bonus for Family Therapy, Group Therapy hours, 150% bonus for supervision hours
- Fee split for individual private pay hours
SCHEDULE
- Teen Program: Monday - Thursday
- Child: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Private Pay Clients: Flexible Monday - Saturday

Pay: $34.00 - $72.00 per hour
