What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Setup position at Engage2Excel, Inc.?
The Total Recognition Account Setup position is responsible for the set up and maintenance of all programs in JDE. Responsible for all day-to-day functions of the maintenance of customer program specifics.
Key Responsibilities & Authorities
1.Interacts with account managers and sales reps through phone, email and meetings regarding their recognition programs. Problem solving and issue resolution required.
2.Manages program status and updates program information in JDE.
3.Set up of new accounts and programs in JDE.
4.Coordinates all changes to programs – can include logos, data, events, recipients, offerings, letters/order forms, pages, shipping, pricing, etc.
5.Monitor all aspects of a customer’s program to ensure things are running per customer’s expectations, including surveys, website accuracy, non-responders, manager/recipient emails, solicitation materials shipping on schedule, timely shipping of products, etc.
6.Set criteria for data, recipients, shipping, invoices – must be able to clearly communicate information about how a program runs and what impact a change will make on that program.
Qualifications
- Associate degree required; 4-year college degree highly desired.
- 3 years of internal and external customer service experience in JDE required with proven ability to deliver a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to use Critical Thinking skills to problem solve both alone and with a team.
- Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
