Title: Sr. Account Executive
Reports to: Vice President, Sales
ENGINE Media Solutions is a leading media performance company, with roots in marketing technology leveraging a patented, end-to-end tech stack purpose-built to meet the demands of todays digital marketplace. The company creates both open and closed-loop solutions designed to unify advertisers, platforms and publishers across digital media channels including CTV, Advanced TV, Video, Display, Search, Social & Programmatic.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
We are looking for a strategic seller, responsible for selling ENGINEs robust suite of advanced TV media, ad tech, measurement, and audience insights solutions. Candidates must be highly motivated, passionate, curious, collaborative problem solvers. Candidates must be professionally mature, possess excellent communication skills, have demonstrated knowledge of digital advertising and ad tech, and must be willing to work in a fast-paced, and dynamic environment. There will be continued opportunity to work alongside product, sales leadership, and marketing to influence the evolution of the product roadmap, and go to market strategy. Qualified Account Executive will grow existing business, secure new business, and accelerate the adoption of the ENGINE among agencies and brands within an assigned territory. This is a high-growth, client facing, consultative sales role requiring deep industry expertise and a proven track record for driving revenue while developing, negotiating and structuring long-term relationships with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evangelize, articulate and sell the unique value proposition of the ENGINE to assigned media buying/planning agencies and direct clients
- Strategize and generate revenue from assigned agencies and account assignments through sales calls and sales presentations
- Develop account strategies to secure long-term media and platform relationships, develop requests for proposal responses and drive upfront media buying in a way that drives ROI while delivering against client business needs & objectives
- Grow and cultivate deep relationships at all levels within assigned accounts, demonstrating a thorough understanding of accounts organization, needs and revenue potential
- Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales and margin goals against assigned agency/account list
- Utilize Salesforce to consistently and accurately record sales activity, deal pipeline and forecast revenue
- Proactively provide client research, industry specific information and become the go-to subject matter expert in the digital and mobile video advertising space
- Participate in industry events, providing throught leadership in advanced TV and end to end stack.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Requirements:
- BA/BS or College Diploma (Marketing/Advertising preferred)
- 5 years of experience in online advertising, with 3 years of advertising sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of delivering against quota and exceling in a highly competitive market
- Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship building skills
- Excellent knowledge of industry trends, technologies and pricing models
- Experience in Programmatic CTV, video (buy or sell side) ideal
- Ability to think strategically, strong understanding of traditional and contemporary marketing dynamics, tactics and strategies
- Demonstrate consultative and analytical sales approach with focus on building partnerships with clients
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com or equivalent)
- Strong references with partners, customers and colleagues
- Ability to work autonomously
- Agency experience a must
Preferred Experience:
- Existing and current relationships with key decision makers at all levels of influence within the East Coast agency market
- Working knowledge of media measurement and key performance indicators
- Excellent knowledge of industry trends, technologies and pricing models
- Active in industry trade and networking events
- Agency Holding company relationships preferred
