The HR Coordinator provides administrative support within the HR department, and assists with HR duties. This position requires a high level of self-direction and the ability to manage multiple tasks, demands from multiple divisions, and to think and respond quickly.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Support recruiting function under the direction of senior staff, including writing and posting job descriptions and postings, conducting pre-screens, scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn, and the Internet, and releasing candidates from consideration.
• Monitor various recruiting sites and postings.
• Organize and maintain employee documentation.
• Organize and maintain HR-related files, including scanning paper files as needed.
• Assist with or conduct HR tasks.
• Recommend continual improvements in efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment; continuously research to stay abreast of changes in employment/HR law.
• Perform administrative duties as related to job and department, and as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
