Position Overview:
Enhance Health is a rapidly growing startup where your talents and vision can make a real impact on the company's future. You'll make tangible contributions to the success of our organization, which is already backed by one of the world's largest private equity firms, and a team who's eager for your unique and valuable perspective. Enhance Health seeks a dynamic and knowledgeable Head of Training to oversee our comprehensive training programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our teams, including sales, customer service, quality assurance, and other key departments, receive the highest standard of training, particularly focusing on the intricacies of the health insurance industry and ACA Insurance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the training team, ensuring delivery of high-quality training programs across the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess and identify specific training needs within each department.
  • Develop and implement effective training strategies, curriculums, and materials, focusing on
  • ACA Insurance and related health insurance topics.
  • Ensure that all training content is compliant with industry standards and engaging for participants.
  • Oversee the execution of training sessions, ensuring active participation and effective learning outcomes.
  • Coordinate with downline agencies to ensure their agents receive adequate and appropriate training.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve future training.
  • Stay abreast of developments in the health insurance industry, particularly ACA Insurance, to ensure training content is current and relevant.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of the health insurance industry, with a strong emphasis on ACA Insurance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training leadership role, preferably within the health insurance sector.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for engaging and motivating teams.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external agencies.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
